Chicories are some of our favorite crops to grow. Available in the spring and fall, chicories
are at their best in cool weather. Sweet, bitter, crunchy and complex - these are some of our
favorite varieties.

A cross between red radicchio of treviso and escarole, the variegated heads look like lettuce but carry a traditional chicory flavor, fresh and bitter.

Sweeter than a standard radicchio, sugarloaf types are tall like a treviso with densely packed, sweet leaves similar to an escarole
