and the Hudson River Valley to select our culinary herbs. We enjoy
experimenting with new varieties and always select crops for
their unique flavor characteristics.

Italian sweet basil, produces large tender leaves fantastic for pesto and fresh use.

ELENORA

 Italian sweet basil variety, slightly spicier than Genovese with more cupped leaves.

basil_opal

OPAL

Smaller, purple thai cross. More savory flavor with hints of anise

basil_tulsi

TULSI

 Also known as Holy basil, is revered in Ayurvedic medicine for it’s healing qualities. A uniquely spiced flavor, not like any one thing in particular. Used as a tea and fresh.
