VEGETABLES BY SEASON

We cultivate over four hundred varieties of certified-organic vegetables, herbs, cut flowers, edible flowers, micro-greens and berries. We work closely with chefs to select varieties for optimal flavor and for seasonal vigor. We harvest crops at their most flavorful, and specialize in baby varieties.
