We have sampled many varieties throughout the seasons and these are
our current favorites. Harvested small, our warm weather root crops are
fantastic for fresh eating and raw dishes.

BEETS

Our favorite summer red - sweet, tender and earthy with a brighter flesh.

merlin

The sweetest of them all - pink flesh and smaller, tender greens.

golden_beet

Milder, lighter flavor than the reds. Sweet without earthy notes associated with beets.

chioggia

An heirloom variety from the Veneto in Italy, bullseye striped flesh is beautiful and sweet.
